Where do you ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Quebec, Canada. Products are shipped from an international warehouse in China.

Order Tracking:

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, please wait 3 days after your order and email us at contact @tiendakidz .com to request tracking information.

Missing Items:

Some items in my order are missing, what should I do?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order is likely to arrive soon.

Order Delays:

I haven't received my order yet. What's taking so long?

We are sorry for the delay. International shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can track your order to see its current status. If you need help with tracking or have any queries, please email us at contact @tiendakidz .com .

Damaged Items:

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to contact @tiendakidz .com , and we will send you a replacement right away.
